Overview Situated in the lovely East Sussex countryside, a successful and expanding small business is on the lookout for a NEW Office Coordinator to join their friendly family-run team.

This highly respected in their field, and offers genuine opportunities for long‑term progression as the role develops. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll become a key part of the day‑to‑day running of the office, supporting project activity, managing logistics, coordinating site requirements, and handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. No two days are the same, and for the right person, this role offers tremendous scope to grow a career in operations.

This position is Monday–Friday, full‑time office‑based. Salary is dependent on experience. Higher salaries can be discussed. Duties Handling general enquiries over the phone and by email Working closely with the senior team on day‑to‑day priorities Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records Managing on‑site equipment and coordinating stock Booking lodgings and travel arrangements for site‑based teams Assisting with the preparation and collation of site reports Supporting scheduling, planning and operational documentation Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams when necessary Providing general office support to keep operations running smoothly Taking on additional responsibilities as the role grows over time What we're looking for A successful candidate for this role will bring strong IT skills, experience, excellent communication skills, good organisation, and a willingness to learn.
