Day-to-day, you will take on a busy and varied role, encompassing :

- Key Client Management – conducting client service reviews and reports; and being a key point of contact including conducting meetings;
Creating and managing engineer schedules from job creation to closure – including efficient planning, budgets, and ensuring fulfilment of SLAs;
SLA Performance Reports and contract tracking;
Keeping accurate records to track, plan and prioritise jobs using CRM/field service systems;
Financial administration including generating quotations and processing invoices;
Assisting team leader with recruitment, training and team meetings.
