Team Assistant
Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 from home)
Salary: £27,000 – £34,000 depending on experience + bonus + excellent benefits
We are working with a well-regarded consulting firm in London to find a Team Assistant to join a busy, client-facing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid business support experience who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and takes real pride in the quality of their work.
This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting senior stakeholders, and contributing to a positive team culture. There is real scope to grow within a supportive, high-quality environment.
The RoleAs Team Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support across the team, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:Diary & Meeting Management
- Coordinating complex diaries and scheduling meetings
- Preparing materials and documentation for meetings
- Taking accurate minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Ensuring all attendees are informed and meetings are effectively managed
- Monitoring and managing multiple inboxes
- Ensuring all correspondence is actioned and followed up
- Managing inbox coverage during annual leave
- Processing incoming CVs and monitoring shared inboxes
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Arranging IT equipment and onboarding sessions
- Scheduling appraisal meetings
- Supporting team engagement initiatives (birthdays, anniversaries)
- Maintaining and updating internal team records and spreadsheets
- Organising team meetings and events, including away days and larger conferences
- Managing SharePoint sites and distribution lists
- Acting as a key IT contact for the London office
- Processing expenses and supporting compliance tasks (e.g. CRM audits)
- Booking travel and coordinating logistics
- Assisting with document formatting and CV preparation
- Coordinating client and candidate meetings
- Supporting contract administration and reporting processes
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, with strong IT skills and an interest in new tools/AI
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and team-first mindset
- Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- £27,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
