An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Chairman across multiple business interests within the industrial and automotive sectors.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and accomplished executive who operates at the top of his field. Currently based in Monaco and relocating back to London in July, he requires a polished, highly organised and proactive EA who can provide seamless support across a varied and fast‑paced remit.
The RoleThis is a broad and hands‑on position requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide high‑level support across a range of executive, operational and administrative responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:- Complex diary and calendar management
- International travel, accommodation and logistics coordination
- Meeting scheduling and preparation
- Board administration and governance support
- Stakeholder management across internal and external contacts
- Event coordination
- Expenses management
- Reporting and presentation preparation
- Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Chairman
- HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Employee records management
- IT coordination and liaison
- Office and facilities management
- Courier and post management
- Ad hoc projects and business support
You will be a highly capable Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in demanding environments. You will be comfortable working autonomously, anticipating needs and delivering a first‑class level of support.
Key requirements:- Proven experience supporting senior executives
- Outstanding organisational, planning and time‑management skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Teams proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, discreet and adaptable
- £70,000–£75,000 salary
