Position: EA / IR / Office Manager, Fast-Growth Investment Firm
Location: Greater London

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with EA skills to join a newly formed private investment firm with fast growth and substantial backing. This is a dual‑role position combining executive support, team coordination, and office management. You will play a key role in supporting a busy team while helping shape and maintain an efficient, well‑run office. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys variety, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is keen to grow into a broader office management or operations career path.

You will assist with an upcoming office move, and take responsibility for establishing and running the new office.

Executive Team Support
  • Supporting Head of IR and Investment Team
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Organise meeting rooms and ensure smooth scheduling
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and documentation
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Support expense processing and compliance documentation
  • Act as a central point of contact for team administrative needs
Office Management & Workplace Coordination
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and organisation
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors
  • Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general workplace needs
  • Monitor and resolve maintenance issues
  • Track repairs and facilities requests
  • Support a professional, welcoming office environment
  • Office move and refurbishment projects
  • Facilities management and maintenance scheduling
  • Development of operational and tracking systems
  • Vendor and contractor coordination

You will have previous experience as an office manager, ideally within an investment or client‑facing environment. Essential that you have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate swiftly, manage change and adapt as the business grows. Additionally you will have strong organisational and communication skills, high attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

City location (Hybrid 4 days in office, flexible to attend 5 days as needed)
