Executive Assistant to COO - Investment Banking (Mayfair)

Location:

Mayfair, London (4 days in office, 1 day WFH). Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

We're partnering with a leading global investment banking firm to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior COO within a high-performing and fast-paced environment.

This is a standout opportunity to work at the heart of a prestigious business, providing strategic and operational support to senior leadership and acting as a key coordination point across the organisation.

The Role

You will provide seamless, high-level support to a senior executive, ensuring their time, priorities, and communication are managed effectively within a dynamic international setting. The position sits within a close-knit, collaborative team and offers strong exposure across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating international travel, itineraries, and last-minute changes
  • Acting as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders and internal teams
  • Organising meetings, events, and senior-level engagements
  • Supporting hiring processes and coordinating interview schedules
  • Managing expenses, administration, and documentation to a high standard
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About You
  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment (essential)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Flexible and committed approach, with a willingness to go above and beyond when needed
