Salary: £17 - £19 per hour

Your new role

* Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner

* Inputting invoice data onto the COINS system

* Matching, batching and coding invoices to the correct cost centres

* Managing a busy accounts inbox, responding to supplier queries and internal requests

* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

* Assisting with payment runs as required

* Liaising with site teams and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice queries

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records

* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

* Proven experience in a purchase ledger / accounts payable role

* Comfortable processing high volumes of invoices

* Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy inbox effectively

* Confident communicator, able to liaise with suppliers and internal teams

* Immediately available to start work
