About the RoleA prestigious global organization is seeking a polished, personable, and professional Front Desk & Office Coordinator to join its London office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑facing environment and enjoys creating a welcoming, high‑touch experience for guests and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the office while providing administrative and operational support to ensure the workplace runs smoothly.
We are particularly interested in candidates from hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, concierge, airline, hotel, events, acting, performing arts, or general administrative backgrounds who are looking to transition into a corporate environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Welcome guests and ensure a professional office experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage reception and front desk operations.
- Assist with office coordination and administrative support.
- Support meeting room management and office organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams on ad hoc projects and requests.
