Experience with Board administration and investor relations support is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have worked for a listed company and a good understanding of a PLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Secretariat and Investor Relations teams.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and international travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, shareholders, investors, Board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update investor relations databases, contact records, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, collation of papers, and timely distribution of materials.

  • Coordinate investor roadshows and assist with logistics and scheduling.
  • Work closely with Executive Assistants and wider support teams on Board and investor‑related arrangements.

Serve as a key point of contact for Non‑Executive Directors, including travel coordination and expense management.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and dynamic international business with exposure to senior leadership and governance activities. Occasional international travel will be required for Board meetings.
