Chinese Speaking Executive Assistant – Global Mobility Support

Salary:
Up to £60k (depending on experience).

Workplace:
Office based.

Contract:

Full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract (potential for renewal or conversion to permanent role).

Start: ASAP.

Location:

London.

What you’ll be doing each day Immigration & Sponsorship Management
  • Prepare and coordinate sponsor licence applications and supporting documentation.
  • Manage work visa sponsorship applications, renewals, and related immigration administrative matters.
  • Draft, review and maintain legal/business documents, contracts, policies, and internal compliance materials.
  • liaise with external legal counsel, immigration advisers, and regulatory authorities where required.
Executive Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and ad‑hoc executive support as required.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and visa‑related documentation.
  • Occasionally travel may be required.
The skills you’ll need to succeed
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (writing and speaking).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in immigration support/​global mobility, executive assistant, sponsor licence, or corporate compliance role.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting sponsor licence applications and ongoing compliance management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
