Receptionist
BR-1310
Reception with administration and office coordination duties – £35,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Front‑of‑House role for the London office of a leading boutique international investment firm.
Responsibilities- Answering telephones, directing calls and taking messages
- Managing a busy meeting room calendar, including set‑up and clearing at the end of meetings
- Organising catering for meetings
- Ordering couriers and managing post
- Preparing invoices for approval
- Uploading expenses
- Assisting with preparation and set‑up for office and company events
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, a good working knowledge of MS Office, and experience coordinating and managing a busy schedule of meetings and events.
Working HoursOffice based 5 days per week – shift options: 9 am–6:30 pm or 8 am–5:30 pm.
