Executive Assistant – Sustainability Team Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Sustainability team of a leading global investment management firm.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible role supporting a close-knit team of five, including the Global Head of Sustainability, two Vice Presidents, and two Associates. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team, providing high-level administrative and organisational support. The Sustainability team is responsible for supporting environmental, social, and governance initiatives across a diverse global investment platform.
Working closely with investment and operational teams, the successful EA will play a central role in driving sustainability strategy, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and responsible investment practices. The team are passionate and looking for someone to support them strategically, due to the immediate need this is a temp to perm opportunity. Our client has stunning offices and a social culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating complex international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organising meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
- Preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Managing expenses and invoices
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting team events, off-sites, and sustainability-related initiatives
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders
- Experience with in financial services, investment management, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment preferred
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
