Job Title:

Test Centre Administrator Our Opportunity

  • Limited term position for 3 months.
  • Available Monday to Saturday; may require work at Southgate PPC.
  • Pay rate is £14.80 per month.
Your Responsibilities
  • Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
  • Comply with all exam testing security procedures and company policies.
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain exam rules.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates while they complete their exam/test.
  • Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as IT, to resolve technical issues in the Test Centre.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
Our Successful Applicant

We are looking for a friendly and professional team‑player with school qualifications in English and Maths. Advantageous to have experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). The ideal candidate is flexible, able to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Sunday, and comfortable in a quiet testing environment. Excellent attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour, and the ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from exam rooms are required.
