We are looking for…We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and highly organised Events Coordinator/Executive to support the planning and delivery of Multilaw’s international events programme.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys making things happen, has excellent attention to detail and is confident acting as the onsite representative and face of Multilaw’s international events. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing & Operations Officer during the planning stages, while taking a visible and trusted role in the delivery of events on the ground.
Clear, timely and thoughtful communication is central to how we work. Multilaw’s Global Office is a small, closely connected team, and the successful candidate will be confident keeping colleagues updated, sharing progress, checking details carefully and ensuring that event communications are accurate, professional and well coordinated.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting events within a corporate or professional services environment. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate the communication skills, organisational ability, willingness to learn and professional approach needed to succeed in the role.
You will be involved in a wide range of international events, including in‑person conferences, international meetings, virtual events and webinars. The role will cover planning support, logistics, delegate registration, supplier liaison, event materials, onsite coordination and post‑event follow‑up.

The Multilaw Global Office is a small, highly motivated team of five professionals, based between our London office and remote locations. We work closely with member firms around the world to support the network’s operations, strategy, communications and international events programme.
The roleWorking as part of the Global Office team, and closely with the Chief Marketing & Operations Officer, you will help coordinate the successful delivery of Multilaw’s international events programme.
The role will include supporting conference and event management, content programming, logistics, delegate registration, venue and supplier liaison, event collateral, badges, signage, speaker liaison, event administration, post‑event reconciliation and feedback analysis.
As the onsite contact and visible representative for Multilaw events, you will act as the key point of contact for delegates, host firms, venues and suppliers during delivery. You will need to be confident, professional and calm under pressure, with the judgement to resolve practical issues where appropriate and elevate matters when needed.
The Chief Marketing & Operations Officer will lead on overall event strategy, budgets, hotel contract negotiations and key commercial decisions. This role will provide essential coordination, administration and delivery support, helping to ensure that events run smoothly and professionally from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the onsite contact and visible representative for Multilaw events, providing a professional, confident and welcoming presence for delegates, host firms, venues and suppliers.
- Supporting onsite event delivery, including delegate assistance, supplier coordination, room set‑up, materials, timings and general troubleshooting.
