**** As our
** Nursery Administrator**, you will be based
** onsite
* * at the nursery reception desk,
** working closely with the Nursery Manager, Finance Director and wider BLS team**. You will play an important role in
** welcoming families, managing admissions and enquiries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring our front-of-house experience reflects the high standards of Bright Little Stars**. The role spans
** reception and front-of-house presence, admissions and waitlist management, parent and supplier communications, safeguarding support
** and
** financial administration
** including fee collection and reconciliation.
*** What you’ll be doing:
*** You will support the smooth running of the nursery by:*
* *** Managing parent enquiries, admissions records**
* * and
** nursery administration***
* *** Maintaining accurate**
* * and
** confidential child and parent records***
* *** Managing the waitlist, responding to nursery place enquiries and keeping detailed records of all family communications***
* *** Coordinating settling-in sessions and preparing new starter documentation alongside Room Leaders***
* *** Supporting fee administration, including invoices, direct debits, childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments***
* *** Welcoming families, children and visitors in a professional and friendly way***
* *** Supporting reception cover during key drop-off and pick-up times***
* *** Liaising with parents, suppliers, contractors and the nursery management team***
* *** Ensuring documentation is stored securely and in line with GDPR***
* *** Supporting the Nursery Manager and Head Office team with general administration

** nursery, school, childcare
** setting or
** regulated environment
** would be desirable, but is not essential.
