We are delighted to be partnering with one of our favourite clients, a highly successful and internationally recognised private equity firm based in London Bridge, to recruit a Team Executive Assistant on a 12-month maternity cover contract commencing in September.

This role sits within one of the firm’s core investment teams and offers the opportunity to support a large group of investment professionals at Principal and Associate level. It is ideally suited to someone with 2-3 years of EA, Team Assistant or administrative experience who is looking to build strong foundations within a high-performing private equity environment while developing their skills as part of a supportive and collaborative EA team.
The RoleThis is a busy and varied position requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Complex and ever-changing diary management across a large team
- Coordinating multi-leg international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- CRM administration and deal tracking support
- Assisting with document preparation, presentations and meeting materials
- Supporting wider team projects and administrative initiatives
- Working collaboratively with the wider EA team and providing cover when required to ensure seamless support across the business

You will ideally have:
- 2-3 years’ experience within private equity, financial services or a similarly fast-paced professional services environment
- Strong diary, travel and meeting coordination experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A positive, professional and team-oriented approach
- Exposure to software, technology or investment-related sectors would be advantageous
