Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director.
Manage and prioritise the Executive Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Organise travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the office.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks to aid the Executive Director and the wider team.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant to Executive Director should have:
Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, ideally in the public sector.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A professional and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Job Offer
Day Rate: £151.52 - £185. 65, paid in GBP.
