AEG Presents – the Touring, Festival and mid-sized venue division of AEG – is looking for an Administrator – UK Venues on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
This role is focused on providing high‑quality administrative support across the UK Venues team, helping to keep activity organised, coordinated and running smoothly. You'll play a key part in supporting team operations, reporting and planning, while also providing day‑to‑day administrative support where needed.
What you’ll be doing Team and office coordination- Welcoming visitors, organising building access and supporting general office coordination
- Supporting the planning and delivery of team meetings, away days and internal events
- Arranging and coordinating internal meetings, including diaries, rooms and catering
- Taking notes and tracking actions, ensuring key updates are shared and recorded
- Coordinating reports across UK Venues and keeping information up to date
- Preparing documents, presentations and packs to support team activity
- Assisting with research tasks and gathering information to support projects
- Supporting wider team activity and timelines, helping ensure work stays on track
- Booking travel and handling general logistics to support team requirements
- Managing shared inboxes linked to events or projects when required
- Supporting basic financial processes, including raising and tracking payments
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a music, live events or entertainment environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied and changing workload
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Confidence using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- A calm, approachable manner and willingness to support a wide team
You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station, but will need to be able to travel to the venues as well. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We welcome flexible working conversations.
