Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator

London | Up to £51,000 | Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

A leading law firm is seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual to join its Property & Workplace function in a pivotal support role. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while gaining exposure to a broad range of operational and strategic activities.

The Role

This position combines executive support with coordination responsibilities, offering variety and visibility across a busy, fast-paced department. You will support the Head of Property & Workplace while also helping to ensure effective communication, reporting, and alignment across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including diary management, meeting preparation, and correspondence
  • Act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication between senior leadership and internal teams
  • Coordinate departmental activities, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Support the organisation of meetings, events, and wider team logistics
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and systems
  • Assist with ongoing projects and reporting processes across the function
About You
  • Experience in a PA, EA, or coordination role within a professional or corporate environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and working across multiple teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently

Exposure to areas such as environmental, social and governance (ESG) or health and safety would be advantageous, though not essential.
