EA & Office Operations Coordinator

Tower Bridge, London | Hybrid (4 days office / Fridays from home)
£55,000–£65,000 + excellent benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive EA to join a highly successful international Shipbrokers with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and a strong global presence.

This is a varied role combining Executive Assistant support (70%) with Office Operations coordination (30%), supporting the Managing Partner while playing a key role in the smooth running of the London office. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders both in the UK and internationally, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a fast-paced, people-focused business.

The successful candidate will be a trusted right-hand support, managing complex diaries, international travel, meetings, expenses and business administration, while also assisting with office operations, internal events and company-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries
  • Managing expenses and meeting logistics
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact
  • Supporting office operations and administration
  • Assisting with internal events and business initiatives
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders across international offices
  • Coordinating large-scale annual partnership meetings and travel arrangements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
About You
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar business support professional
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working with senior leadership
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
  • Strong IT skills and a modern, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings and events
