We are supporting a lovely UHNW family in the search for a bright, proactive and highly organised Junior PA to join their established private office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the private household and family office world, working directly alongside and reporting into an experienced Private PA. Acting as her right-hand support, you will help manage a busy and varied workload, gaining exposure to all aspects of supporting a UHNW family, their properties and wider household operations.
The role is based from a private office in Notting Hill Gate and supports a young international family with multiple residences, ongoing property projects and a busy household operation. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a small, collaborative team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role would suit someone with previous experience as a Junior PA, Household Assistant, House Manager or similar, who enjoys variety, is naturally organised and takes pride in getting things done. Equally, candidates coming from luxury hospitality, yachting or private service backgrounds who are looking to transition into a PA career will also be considered.
The family are warm, down-to-earth and informal in their approach, however standards are high and there is a significant amount to coordinate. They're looking for someone who is happy working as part of a team, enjoys supporting others and is comfortable taking direction from a more senior PA while gradually building their own knowledge and responsibilities. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine desire to be helpful are just as important as previous experience.
You will need to be proactive, solutions-focused and confident taking ownership of tasks, whilst understanding when to seek guidance and collaborate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn from an experienced Private PA and build a long-term career within the UHNW sector.
