Job Description - Projects Coordinator
This company, install, maintain, and support high-level CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms Security Systems.
 
OVERVIEW:
A project coordinator will manage the daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics of projects to ensure they stay on track and within budget. They will act as the central liaison between team members, clients, and management, handling documentation, tracking progress, and resolving issues. They will also support project managers by managing resources and ensuring compliance
 
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Scheduling & Planning:
Creating, updating, and monitoring project schedules and milestones to minimize delays.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Creating, collecting, and maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and contracts
- Communication Bridge:
Acting as the main point of contact between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Resource Coordination:
Organizing project resources and materials.
- Monitoring & Compliance:
Tracking project progress against goals and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and internal processes.
- Budget & Financial Support:
Assisting with project costs, managing invoices & purchase orders.
 
DAILY TASKS
- Drafting Quotes & Tenders
- Opening New Works within Simpro
- New Works - Opening PO's & Ordering Parts etc
- Assisting the Projects management team with admin & ad hoc duties
- Overseeing & assisting Purchasing & Statements
- Booking hotels/flights/Parking for working away
- Overseeing & Organising Permits
- Preparing Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Creating /Typing up Test Sheets
- Keeping documentation up to date in line with accreditations.
- Invoicing, Reconciliation & Accounts overview
 
REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with in the Security Industry
- Organizational & Administrative Expertise:
Expert at document control and multitasking.
- Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills for effective team coordination.
- Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management software.
- Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify risks and resolve issues proactively
 
PACKAGE
1. Annual Salary - £35K (Dependant on experience)
2. Annual Leave - 28 days including Bank Holidays
3. Mon to Fri - 9am - 5pm - (37.5 hours per week
-1 Hour lunch break)
4. Office Based Role New Southgate
