We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP, Head of PSP, Global Affairs s senior‑facing role involves supporting complex, cross‑functional work across policy, regulatory and government affairs.
Responsibilities- Calendar and meeting management – proactively maintain a complex, high‑volume calendar across multiple time zones, schedule, reschedule and confirm internal and external meetings; coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (including visa coordination); handle expense reporting.
- Meeting preparation and follow‑up – prepare agenda frameworks, draft agenda items, capture actions and next steps, support regular check‑ins and forward planning.
- Planning & organisation – anticipate upcoming priorities, track deadlines and deliverables, coordinate logistics for onsite events and team events.
- Communication and coordination – ensure plans, next steps and information are communicated clearly, draft correspondence on behalf of the VP, build familiarity across PSP, GA and cross‑functional partners.
- Documents, presentations & events – create presentations and documents using Google Workspace, plan and execute logistics for multiday offsites and events of varying scale, support team projects as needed.
- Discretion and professionalism – maintain confidentiality, partner with HR and cross‑functional teams, cultivate relationships within the EA/AA community.
- 10+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑Suite level; equivalent experience (e.g., 5+ years at Netflix) may be considered.
- Experience in entertainment or technology industries is a plus.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy, complex environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence on behalf of a senior leader.
- Experience maintaining high‑volume, complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
- Interest and familiarity with policy, regulatory or government affairs work to support meeting preparation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace:
Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides. - Discreet, sound judgement, responsive across time zones; some international travel may be required.
