Position: Korean Speaking) Client Liaison
Our Client is a Corporate Solicitors, based in London is looking for (Korean Speaking) Client Liaison for Korean service will assist with administrative support on all client matters. Additionally, the Client Liaison will serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive an excellent service and that their needs are effectively communicated to the solicitors. This role also contributes to the business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Business Development Teams and lawyers to onboard new clients / new matters and to ensure that the onboarding process is completed quickly and efficiently.

* Manage case file administration, ensuring all documents are properly organised and filed.

* Act as a point of contact for clients, dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

* Where required, translate advice from English to Korean for Korean clients and from Korean to English for the legal teams

* Prepare proposals, weekly newsletters, and other sales and marketing materials.

* Organise and participate in legal seminars/webinars and other marketing or networking events.

* Maintain client data, documents, files, and reports for the Business Development team.

* Work with the accounts team to ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent out promptly.

* Cover other members of the Client Liaison teams for holiday / sickness absences.

* Assist with other general administrative related tasks as reasonably required.

Skills and attributes:

* Fluent/business level written and spoken English and Korean.

* Excellent communication skills

* Knowledge of UK or Korean law (desirable)

* At least 2 years’ experience of working in a client-focused position in Korea or in the UK.

* Ability to organise events and work under pressure

* Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with other staff

* Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities

* High level of computer literacy in Microsoft:
Excel, Word and Power-Point

* Team player and good attention to detailt
