Our client, a Professional Services firm with an impressive Central London office, is looking for a confident and personable Receptionist to join them on a temporary basis for holiday and short-term cover. Working within a fast-paced corporate environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining a high standard of front‑of‑house service.
The Role- Welcoming clients and guests
- Managing a busy switchboard and handling calls professionally
- Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor schedules
- Supporting with office coordination and administration
- Assisting with hospitality and office presentation
- Providing seamless front‑of‑house support to the wider business
- Ad hoc facilities support
- Previous corporate reception or luxury hospitality experience
- Calm, professional and highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working within polished office environments
- Flexible, proactive and immediately available for temporary assignments
