We are looking for an exceptional Corporate Receptionist / Front of House professional to be the welcoming face of a prestigious portfolio of office buildings in the heart of Central London.
This is a highly visible and varied role where personality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. As Front of House, you will create a five-star visitor and occupier experience, managing every stage of the customer journey and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
You will work across three buildings, visiting each daily (sometimes multiple times per day), distributing post, maintaining standards, and acting as the go‑to contact for tenant queries and on‑site issues.
Salary: £34,632 per annum
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities- Welcome all visitors promptly, professionally, and warmly, ensuring a personalised experience
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and correctly
- Work closely with the Facilities and Building Management teams, providing support where needed
- Ensure thorough handovers between shifts
- Attend meetings with Building Management and internal teams, take minutes, and distribute actions
- Deliver high-quality hospitality for guests and tenants, including refreshments and maintaining the business lounge
- Lead the preparation and delivery of an annual occupier engagement strategy across the buildings
- Produce and distribute a regular tenant e‑newsletter
- Support and deliver on‑site events, pop‑ups, competitions, and activations
Foster a strong sense of community within the portfolio - Engage with tenant representatives to gather feedback and improve initiatives
- Work with local suppliers to secure exclusive discounts and perks for occupiers
- Manage the visitor management system
- Order site supplies and stationery
- Support Building Management with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
- Work collaboratively with Security, Cleaning, and Engineering teams
- Report, log, and help resolve building issues
- Prepare and manage a weekly site report
- Immaculately presented, professional and with a confident manner to deliver impeccable customer service
- You will previously have worked in a front of house reception role or customer service, marketing or sales environment
- Proactive and self‑motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literate and comfortable using Microsoft office / Outlook / Linked In
