Description Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time role as our Internal Support & Communications Coordinator, based in our London office.

The purpose of the role is to provide support in the organization & creation of internal communication tools & events, for the North Europe Cluster, which has sites across Australia (Sydney), Ireland (Dublin), Sweden (Stockholm) and UK (London, Barnsley & Braunton).

Scope of the Role
  • Support with the organization & execution of different internal communication initiatives, such as newsletters, huddles & townhalls, to encourage the North Europe Cluster employees to feel & act as one cluster & company
  • Support our ‘Stay Connected’ engagement committees (Social & Wellbeing) with execution of different initiatives
  • Support Transformation initiatives across the cluster & the company
  • Physical and virtual office support to the London business in relation to event management, virtual office support for other North Europe Cluster sites
  • Build content, be creative, and support with North Europe Cluster wide employee platforms, office signage or general emails and therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary alongside great attention to detail.
Experience Required
  • We are ideally seeking someone with experience in creating internal communications and preferably someone with experience in event management although this is not essential.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have strong project & time management skills, Excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to a range of different stakeholders whilst being proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages.
  • Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get the job done!
  • Someone who is good at problem solving, knows when to ask for guidance if needed and could motivate with energy and enthusiasm!
