Location: Greater London

Our client, a leading global investment management organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Sustainability team. This is a varied and fast-paced role providing support to a team of five. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, travel, and key business activities.

The organisation has a strong international presence. Known for its collaborative and professional culture, it offers an excellent environment for an ambitious EA looking to build long-term relationships and make a meaningful impact.

Their stunning offices are in the heart of the West End, due to the immediate need this is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Scheduling meetings and managing stakeholder communications
  • Supporting team projects, events, and offsite meetings
  • Preparing documentation, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Managing expenses and administrative processes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
A little about you
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders within investment management, private equity, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands
  • Professional communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
