Location: Greater London

Wise May are looking for an Executive/ Personal Assistant to join a high end luxury brand supporting the CEO and President. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be providing extensive support around diary and travel management, personal assistance, administrational and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the offices.

This is a full-time, permanent role that is fully office based, with the working hours of 9am - 5pm.

Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant

Duties Include:
  • Primary Support: Manage the Brand President and the CEO’s schedules, appointments, and daily business needs with a focus on workload prioritisation and efficiency.
  • Strategic Communication: Handle high-level correspondence, acting as a gatekeeper and representing the CEO and Brand President to external partners and retailers.
  • Travel & Itineraries: Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries as required.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information, including Board papers and personnel issues, with the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Board Facilitation: Prepare high-quality Board decks and presentation materials for internal and external meetings. Responsible for minute-taking during Board and Leadership meetings, ensuring all follow-up actions are achieved where required.
Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant Experience

Required:
  • Demonstrable experience working as a Personal Assistant supporting a CEO.
  • Proven experience working within a luxury brand.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High level of organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality.
