* * Role Purpose**:
Supporting the Product Development team in managing the day-to day development process from sketch through to delivery encompassing all aspects of product development. The
** Product Development Admin Assistant
** will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day to day of the Product Development & Production Department supporting on both administrative functions of the team are fulfilled as well as supporting the link to the Merchandising and Garment Tech Teams.
** PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADMIN ASSISTANT
**** Key Responsibilities*
* · Maintain and update product information across internal systems (PLM/product databases), ensuring accuracy, version control, and consistency.
· Coordinate the tracking, ordering, receipt, and distribution of samples to internal teams and suppliers.
· Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs), amend POs where required, and support invoice processing for samples, testing, temporary salaries, and circular services.
· Manage supplier onboarding, ensuring correct setup for systems, payment, and communications.
· Support internal teams (Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Garment Technology) with day-to-day administrative tasks, including meeting notes, sample organization, and returns.
· Coordinate and assist with shipments (DHL, press, photoshoots, and sampling pieces).
· Support merchandising in amending units, invoices, and shipping windows where required.
· Manage QR labels and generate PIDs via EON and Nilorn platforms.
· Assist with Jira ticket management for tracking and resolving administrative requests.
** Essential Skills & Requirements*
* · Previous experience in a product admin, fashion retail, or development support role is desirable.
· Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort managing large volumes of data.
· Experience with PLM or other product database systems preferred.
· Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach to support operational and administrative needs.
