Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
We're working with a highly successful boutique property consultancy in the heart of London that is looking for a bright, proactive Team Assistant to become the glue that keeps the business running smoothly.
With a team of just 11 people, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, energetic office where everyone gets stuck in, ideas are welcomed, and no two days are the same. Think buzzing atmosphere, great company culture, regular team socials, and the chance to work directly alongside senior decision-makers.
This role would be perfect for someone with 3 years+ experience who is eager to learn, take ownership and build a long-term career. Experience in the corporate world or property is required. Equally, this could be a brilliant move for a Sales Negotiator looking to step into a broader support role with more variety and exposure.
What you'll be doing as Team Assistant- Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Managing calls, emails, and diaries for senior partners and meeting coordination
- Preparing and overseeing reports, presentations, correspondence and client-facing materials to a consistently high standard.
- Coordinating marketing activity and sales campaigns, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and communications are managed effectively.
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensuring the team operates smoothly.
- Planning and delivering client events, networking functions and team initiatives, managing logistics from concept through to execution.
- Working closely with the Office Manager to support business operations and providing seamless cover when required.
- Acting as a central hub across the business, proactively managing priorities, following up on actions and ensuring key projects remain on track.
- Supporting wider business initiatives, including research, presentations, marketing projects and strategic opportunities as they arise.
- Becoming a trusted and valued member of the team, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and shape the role as the business continues to grow.
- Has 3 years+ office-based experience
- Is confident, personable and happy building relationships with clients
- Loves being organised and keeping things on track
- Isn't afraid to chase senior people when deadlines need meeting
- Is naturally proactive and enjoys taking ownership
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
- Wants to learn, grow and become an integral part of a business
- Has an interest in property (experience is helpful but by no means essential)
