Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Gallagher Specialty. You’ll provide vital support to two Divisional CEOs, ensuring their daily activities run smoothly. This role is all about keeping things organised, managing priorities, and helping the executives focus on what matters most.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Executive Support
    :
    Manage busy schedules, prepare meeting materials, and track key actions.
  • Meeting & Coordination
    :
    Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Communication
    :
    Be a trusted point of contact for colleagues and external partners.
  • Administrative Support
    :
    Arrange travel, process expenses, and keep records up to date.
  • Operational Support
    :
    Help with team events, reporting, and special projects.
About You
  • Have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Are highly organised and great at managing your time.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and speaking.
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Are skilled in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Supported senior leaders or C‑suite executives before.
  • Worked in a corporate or financial services environment.
