Job Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant with proven C-suite experience, a proactive and flexible mindset to support both the CEO and Chief People Officer during a significant period of growth. Our client, a global trading firm, are well regarded for their welcoming culture – the team are really well looked after. The role will be instrumental in helping the CEO and CPO operate effectively and at pace – it is a high speed and collaborative environment.
The successful EA will provide high-level support across two senior leaders with different working styles and priorities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic leadership. Due to the immediate need this is initially a temp role with lots of opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex global diary management for both executives
- International travel coordination and logistics
- Coordination of Board meetings and leadership offsites
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring seamless communication and prioritisation across competing demands
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of both executives into the organisation
Profile:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, or a similarly fast-moving financial services environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
- Resilience, discretion, and the ability to manage complex and shifting priorities
- Gravitas and confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders
- Please note this role is office based
