This highly renowned Private Equity Firm based in Victoria has a maternity cover of 12 month for a hard working Team Assistant
Responsibilities- Organising extensive complex travel internationally
- Managing diaries for 15 team members
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments
- Assisting with an Office move
Hybrid 3-1 days in the office
Cover starting from June to July 2027
Would suit someone used to organising extensive international travel and working in a fast paced environment
