Location: Greater London

What you will do

  • Manage a busy diary with several meetings per day, internal and external, prioritising based on seniority and learning opportunities for up to 8 senior team members.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring itineraries are updated, visas are valid, hotels are booked and pickups organised.
  • Act as the main point of contact and facilitator when the team is travelling or away from the office, drawing in other members as required.
  • Facilitate smooth execution of business operations by coordinating presentations, processing expenses, handling confidential documentation, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Assistant to senior business leaders managing diaries, travel, administration, and related tasks.
  • Understanding of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and managing senior diaries.
  • Dedicated and professional manner when interacting with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive approach to diary management with the ability to manage competing interests for senior team members’ time.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to collaborate with the other team assistant.
