DIRECT MAIL & MAILING SERVICES SPECIALIST

£EXPERIENCE DEPENDANT + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 4 Duvet Days Annually + Pension

My client is a well established Direct Mail company based in the South East. They are looking to recruit a Direct Mail & Mailing Specialist to support their growing print, fulfilment and mailing operation.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has strong practical knowledge of direct mail production, postal services and mailing compliance. The ideal candidate will understand how to plan, cost, prepare and dispatch mailing campaigns correctly and efficiently.

Role /

Experience:

Work closely with internal production, data and estimating teams, as well as external postal providers and mailing partners
Direct mail / mailing house / print production background
Good knowledge of Royal Mail and DSA services

Experience with Deutsche Post or international mailing would be highly valuable
Understanding of postal formats, weights, sortation, paperwork and mailing compliance
Ability to advise on the best postal routes and spot potential mailing issues early
Strong attention to detail and good commercial awareness
Comfortable working with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Hands on mailing experience

This is a key role in the business, they are looking for a candidate who can bring real mailing expertise into the business, help improve internal procedures and support complex UK and European direct mail campaigns.
