Key Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day upkeep of the office, ensuring a safe, organized, and well‑maintained environment
- Handle reception duties and act as first point of contact for visitors and contractors
- Induct and supervise facilities contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of work
- Manage supplier contracts and support contract tenders
- Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and the facilities email inbox
- Support the H&S Manager with risk assessments, inspections, and policy reviews
- Take responsibility for fire alarm testing, office moves, and general maintenance
- Conduct H&S inductions for new employees and contractors
- Arrange training courses and assist in rolling out safety training programs
- Contribute to the continual improvement of Monster’s Health & Safety Management System
- Carry out regular site checks, hazard spotting, and building maintenance reviews
- A proactive, hands‑on team player with a positive “can‑do” attitude
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills
- Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Holds a full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Basic Health & Safety awareness
