Role Overview: We are recruiting for a SENDCo Admin Support role for a well‑established school in Greenwich. The successful candidate will assist the SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) with the administration and coordination of SEND services. This is a key administrative position where you will contribute to the smooth running of SEND provision for students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the SENCO in Greenwich
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other SEND documentation
- Manage and update SEND records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with confidentiality policies
- Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external agencies in Greenwich to ensure effective SEND provision
- Support the SENDCo with organising SEND meetings and preparing reports
- Help with the scheduling of SEND support sessions and allocation of resources
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within an educational or SEND environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices in supporting SEND students
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
