Job Description

We are working with a highly successful and growing organisation seeking a real self‑starter EA with a proactive, and highly organised mindset.

The successful EA will have such a varied role, first and foremost this will be supporting the Managing Director and alongside this turning your hand to wider business and office functions support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA looking for a varied opportunity and the next step in their career, the role will suit someone who wants a blended EA and Office Manager role.

Essential to success is commercial awareness, personable, and detail‑focused – you will enjoy being the person who keeps everything moving. Someone who can provide first‑class executive support while also happily rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership of the wider office environment.

The role sits within a close‑knit team and offers real variety, combining executive support, office management, finance administration, and wider business coordination.

Due to the immediate need this is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including:
    • Complex diary and inbox management
    • Meeting coordination and preparation
    • Travel arrangements and itinerary planning
    • Preparation of reports, presentations, and key documents
    • Supporting board-level meetings and business reporting

Office Management

  • Taking ownership of the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
  • Managing facilities, suppliers, maintenance, and office requirements
  • Coordinating team events, meetings, and guest hosting
  • Supporting internal communications and company updates
  • Assisting with PR activity, announcements, and external communications
  • Supporting Health & Safety processes and office compliance
  • Liaising with IT support and managing office supplies

Finance & Business Support

  • Processing invoices, expenses, and general finance administration
  • Assisting with project reporting and business updates
  • Providing wider support to senior stakeholders as required

  • Highly organised, proactive, and naturally solutions-focused
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Professional and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgement and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
  • Someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and hands‑on
  • Please note this is an office based role

This role would suit an EA who thrives in a broad role and enjoys acting as a trusted support partner to senior leadership. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs is crucial!
