Legal PA (Litigation) – Part Time | London (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a highly organised Legal PA to support its Litigation team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting lawyers and delivering exceptional client service.

You’ll provide dedicated PA and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners, ensuring litigation matters run smoothly and efficiently.

• Diary management, including coordinating meetings, court dates and key deadlines
• Supporting litigation matters with coordination and administrative oversight
• Managing client communications and correspondence
• Assisting with billing, time recording and financial processes
• Liaising with internal teams including Finance and Business Development
• Organising meetings, travel and logistics
• Supporting document management, filing and matter administration
• Assisting with pitches, presentations and client materials

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Litigation
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Confident across Microsoft Office and legal systems
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• A collaborative and reliable team player
