Travelling Personal Assistant to UHNW Entrepreneur
Location: London-based with international travel (approximately 90 days per year)
Salary: 80-90k + bonus and benefits
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Personal Assistant to support a dynamic Ultra High Net Worth entrepreneur, investor and business leader.
This is a fast‑paced and varied role requiring a polished and experienced PA who thrives in a demanding environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and is comfortable managing both business and personal matters with complete discretion.
The successful candidate will accompany the principal on international travel for approximately 90 days per year, with the remainder of the role based from the London office. This position offers unique exposure to a broad range of business interests, investments, and personal projects.
Key Responsibilities- Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including private aviation, accommodation, visas, ground transportation and detailed itineraries
- Travelling alongside the principal when required to provide seamless support
- Managing meetings, correspondence and stakeholder communications
- Liaising with senior executives, investors, advisers, family office personnel and household staff
- Preparing briefing documents, reports and meeting materials
- Supporting investment, business and philanthropic activities as required
- Handling confidential personal administration and lifestyle management
- Managing competing priorities and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and representative of the principal
- Significant experience supporting a UHNW individual, entrepreneur, founder, CEO or investor
- Previous experience in a travelling PA, Executive Assistant or Private PA capacity is a MUST
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to remain calm and resourceful under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally at short notice when required
- Discreet, professional and accustomed to handling highly confidential information
- Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
