Perhaps you are currently working in an office management or senior operations role and looking for a change…or perhaps you work in a senior administrative, executive assistant, HR or coordination role looking for an exciting challenge….
This is an excellent chance to step into a varied, autonomous Office and HR Management role, where you will work across multiple business functions with real responsibility! Working closely with internal teams and senior leadership teams this is a key role supporting daily business and HR operations within a thriving manufacturing company in Tonbridge!

Working across the wider team, your duties would include but not be limited to:..

• Coordinating all aspects of employee documentation and HR records; supporting policies, compliance

• Act as a trusted support to the senior team, managing a broad range of administrative and operational activities

• Take responsibility for the efficient running of the office, ensuring high standards are maintained and efficiency is maximised including IT and daily communication tools

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and service providers ensuring operations run seamlessly

• Oversee office facilities, resources and workplace standards to provide a productive environment

• Administer company fleet and equipment including purchasing and servicing

• Provide heath and safety support and coordination, ensuring correct company and documentation

This role is very much suited to some who enjoys working proactively, and keeping everything organised and compliant, supporting senior team members and ensuring smooth day-to-day runnings! A chance to make a tangible impact across multiple functions…

• Strong experience in office management, administration or business support roles

• Ability to work with autonomy and take responsibility

• Excellent communication skills to work across multiple teams, stakeholders and third parties
