Key Duties:
Assisting customers with enquiries and orders.
Providing excellent customer service.
Supporting the sales team with quotations and administration.
Maintaining customer records and sales information.
Learning about products and services to support sales activities.
Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Learning Basic office duties.
