We are supporting a purpose-led investment organisation in their search for a Receptionist to join their London office on a part-time, fixed-term contract. The business is known for its collaborative culture, strong values and diverse workforce. With a large London office and an international presence, the environment is professional, welcoming and highly supportive. You will join an established Front of House team, playing an important role in creating a seamless experience for employees, visitors and stakeholders.

The Role

This is a part-time Receptionist position working alongside another Receptionist and the Head of Reception to deliver an exceptional front of house experience. You will be the face of the business, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly while providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients.

  • 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
  • Working Thursdays & Fridays each week
  • Hours between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Central London office
Benefits
  • A salary of £14,004 (£35,000 full-time equivalent, pro rata for two days per week)
  • 27 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays and Christmas office closure

About You

  • Previous experience within corporate reception or high-end hospitality
