Our client, a leading specialist insurer within the London insurance market, is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join their team on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover
.
This is an excellent opportunity to support senior executives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing first-class administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the Executive team's day-to-day operations.
The RoleAs Executive PA, you will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, organising travel, handling confidential correspondence, and assisting with corporate events and executive administration. Working closely with the wider Executive Assistant team, you'll play a key role in supporting business operations and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Extensive diary and inbox management.
- Coordinate executive and underwriting meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Process executive expenses.
- Organise corporate hospitality, events, and executive away days.
- Maintain SharePoint documentation and filing systems.
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive team.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience taking minutes and coordinating senior-level meetings.
- Highly professional with excellent attention to detail and complete discretion.
- Previous experience within the London insurance market or financial services is advantageous.
- £60,000–£65,000 salary
