Job DescriptionWe are partnering with a leading global biotech investment firm to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two senior Partners in their London office. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative business at an exciting stage of growth. With headquarters in the US and a close-knit London team of around 20 people, the firm combines the pace and ambition of a global organisation with the culture of a smaller, supportive office.
The Opportunity
Approximately 90% of your time will be dedicated to executive support, with the remaining 10% focused on helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the London office. You'll be someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is confident managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel and detailed itineraries
- Providing proactive administrative support to two senior Partners
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing priorities, anticipating needs, and confidently managing upwards
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the London office, ensuring everything runs smoothly
About You
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is proactive, highly organised, and naturally solutions focused. You'll be comfortable supporting senior leaders with different working styles and able to adapt your approach accordingly. Strong judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to work autonomously will be key to your success. Previous experience supporting senior executives within a professional services, investment, consulting, healthcare, or similarly fast‑paced environment would be advantageous.
General information
- Salary of £50,000–£65,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
- 5 days in the office
