The Role
As Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level, proactive support, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Finance and Strategy function. You will operate at the heart of key financial and strategic decision-making, partnering directly with the CFO across Executive Committee and Board activity. This is a role for an Executive Assistant who wants genuine visibility of – and contribution to – enterprise-level priorities, including shaping agendas, influencing outcomes, and enabling the leadership team to operate at pace.
Beyond traditional executive support, you will work closely with a highly engaged, fast-paced CFO who values clarity, discretion, and proactive thinking to anticipate priorities, support decision-making, and help drive key initiatives forward. This will involve handling sensitive information with discretion, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and acting as a central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a highly organized, adaptable individual who can operate with confidence at a senior level and contribute to the overall effectiveness and impact of the CFO’s office.
Success in this role will come from anticipating needs, bringing structure to complexity, and acting as a trusted extension of the CFO – someone who enables priorities to move forward without friction.

You’ll bring strong commercial awareness and demonstrate the ability to operate as a trusted strategic partner, anticipating priorities and contributing to effective decision‑making.
With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Your attention to detail is matched by your ability to think ahead, manage competing demands, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
