Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Expenses:
    Manage invoice processing, expense claims, and payment‑related tasks.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow:
    Support cash management, FX transactions, and related reporting.
  • Receivables & Controls:
    Manage receivables, payment tracking, and sales/purchase records.
  • Month‑End Closing:
    Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
  • General Administration:
    Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Previous experience in general office administration is essential. Experience in accounting or finance would be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Confident in using computer systems and able to quickly adapt to new software and IT tools.
  • Experience using accounting systems, such as Sage 200, would be beneficial.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, demonstrating reliability, commitment, and a willingness to support colleagues.
