Summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is hiring a Supporter Relations Administrator for a 3‑month fixed‑term contract (start date 3 August 2026 – 16 October 2026). The role involves providing administrative support and serving as the central point of contact for GOSH supporters participating in the Autumn Challenge Events and the Race for the Kids flagship event. Hours are Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm (35 hours) with a hybrid working policy of a minimum of two days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and serve as the central point of contact for GOSH supporters taking part in our Autumn Challenge Events and Race for the Kids flagship event.
  • Work efficiently in a busy office environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Communicate effectively with members of the public and collaborate with colleagues across fundraising.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage a variety of supporters.
  • A calm and professional manner.
  • Experience with databases and good data management to drive supporter engagement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for working in public fundraising.
  • Enthusiastic about working with the public to inspire support and providing an excellent supporter experience for fundraisers and donors.
