Job DescriptionOur client a well-respected property firm are seeking a proactive and personable Executive Assistant. This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting a Managing Director while playing a key part in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and providing wider business support. Stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair with a small but mighty team of 30 people.
If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, take pride in being organised, and happy to get involved wherever needed – this is the perfect role. You will work as part of a collaborative business support team and become a trusted point of contact across the organisation. The position combines executive support, office management, and finance administration, offering plenty of variety and responsibility.
Due to the immediate need this is a temp to perm opportunity.

- Managing a busy diary, inbox, and meeting schedule
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Preparing board reports, presentations, and key business documents
- Providing proactive day‑to‑day support to the Managing Director
- Overseeing the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
- Organising team events, meetings, and hospitality for visitors
- Supporting internal communications
- Coordinating Health & Safety processes and supplier relationships
- Processing invoices and employee expenses
- Assisting with board reporting and project administration
- Coordinating meetings and supporting data protection administration
- Providing ad hoc support across the wider leadership team, including travel bookings, venue sourcing, research, and event coordination.
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the confidence to use your initiative
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information professionally
- A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to support wherever required
- Please note this is an office‑based role
